Drawn Together NYC produced a multimedia user engagement experience for the Cellarius pop-up at the 2018 Ethereal Summit.
Original sci-fi landscapes based on a different social faction from the Cellarius storyline were illustrated and used as backgrounds for custom digital sketches. Boris, Mike, and Derrick populated these futuristic backdrops with augmented portraits of event guests.
Working with the creative team behind the blockchain-based sci-fi franchise, we designed an illustration of the event venue space, the Knockdown Center, reimagined in the year 2084. Rosalind painted the large scale scene over the course of the two-day event as visitors watched the painting process from start to finish.
